ArtWorks for Freedom participated in the

FREE YOUR MINDS festival

hosted by Meta House

July 17 - 21, 2012 in Phnom Penh.

The highlight was a powerful performance by Dawn Saito

of her solo theater piece "Suns are Suns,"

about a trafficked woman.

In addition, AWFF screened a series of anti-trafficking

films and participated in a lively roundtable discussion

on how NGOs can use the arts and media to

raise awareness about modern slavery.
